PD481PI Overview


In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tube. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Side View packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 32V. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 32V permanently. Photodiodes have a pin count of 2. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 1nA current.
