PD60T Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 1206 (3216 Metric) packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 30V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 30V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 4. Photodiodes should operate at a temperature of 85°C. For photodiodes, the minimum operating temperature should be -25°C. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 10nA current.
