PD70-01B/TR10 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Tape & Reel (TR) to prevent damage. Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD, Z-Bend packages in order to ensure their safety. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 32V. A photodiode has a pin number of 2. There is a possibility that the photodiodes could release 150mW heat within the circuit. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. It is generally recommended that the maximum heat released by photodiodes should be 150mW in a circuit. With the reverse voltage of 32V, the photodiodes in the DC circuit can work properly. The current in a photodiode is 5nA even when there is no light input.
