PDB-C104 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 100V. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 100V. There is 150pA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
