PDB-C105 Overview


These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to protect them from damage. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 100V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 100V in reverse-bias mode. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 1nA current.
