PDB-C110 Overview
In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 75V continuously in reverse-bias mode. When photodiodes operate, they should not be subjected to temperatures higher than 60°C. There should, however, be a minimum operating temperature of -20°C for the photodiodes. Ensure photodiodes work by setting the breakdown voltage to 50V. A photodiode conducts 10nA current without light input.
