PDB-C119-LP Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 100V voltage. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 100V. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 5nA current even if no light is provided.
