PDB-C132 Overview
Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in Radial, 3mm Dia (T-1) packages in order to ensure their safety. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 100V. A continuous voltage of 100V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 1nA even without light input.
