PDB-C138 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk for protection. Photodiodes are packaged in Radial, 5mm Dia (T 1 3/4) packages in order to ensure their safety. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 100V. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 100V on a continuous basis. A photodiode conducts 2nA current without light input.
