PDB-C144 Overview

To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Tray. Photodiodes are packaged in Axial packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 50V. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 50V continuously in reverse-bias mode. The temperature should not be higher than 80°C when photodiodes operate. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -40°C as a minimum operating temperature. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 2nA current.
