PDB-C156F Overview
Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Radial packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 50V. Ensure photodiodes work by setting the breakdown voltage to 75V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 2nA current.
