PDB-C159 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Side View packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 50V voltage. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 50V for the photodiodes. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 5nA current.
