PDB-C169 Overview
The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Radial packages for safety purposes. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 200V over a continuous period of time. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 200V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 5nA.
