PDB-C201F Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-205AA, TO-5-3 Metal Can packages. Photodiodes can only withstand 100V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 100V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 500pA current.
