PDB-C202 Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 100V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 100V on a continuous basis. The current in a photodiode is 5nA even when there is no light input.
