PDB-C232 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Array - 32 Element packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 50V. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 50V. Photodiodes have pins 34. Photodiode operation should take place at temperatures below 75°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 1nA.
