These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 100V. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 100V for the photodiodes. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 150pA current.
