PDB-C604-3 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages in order to protect them from damage. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 25V voltage. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 25V. The photodiode operates at 6nA current even in the absence of light input.
