PDB-C605-1 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tray to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. A continuous voltage of 75V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 10nA even without light input.
