PDB-C605-2 Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Bulk package. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages for safety purposes. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 10nA current.
