PDB-C607-1 Overview
Photodiodes are enclosed in Tray to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 75V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 15nA current.
