PDB-C607-3 Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 75V. When photodiodes operate, they should not be subjected to temperatures higher than 100°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -40°C. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 15nA current.
