PDB-C608-3 Overview
To prevent damage to these photodiodes, they are packaged in Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 25nA even without light input.
