PDB-C609-3 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 75V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 75V continuously. A photodiode is capable of conducting 30nA current even without light input.
