In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tray. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. Continuous reverse-bias means the photodiodes can withstand only 75V voltage. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. Photodiodes exhibit 20nA current even in the absence of light input.
