PDB-C610-2 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 75V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 75V on a continuous basis. The current in a photodiode is 20nA even when there is no light input.
