PDB-C611-1 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Tray. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. A photodiode conducts 50nA current without light input.
