PDB-C611-2 Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 50nA.
