In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 75V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 50nA.
