PDB-C612-2 Overview
It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages for safety purposes. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. When reverse-biased, the photodiodes should not continually exceed 75V. For photodiodes to function properly, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -40°C as a minimum operating temperature. The breakdown voltage should be 50V to ensure photodiodes work. There is 75nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
