PDB-C613-1 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Tray. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Die packages for safety purposes. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 75V voltage. A continuous voltage of 75V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 90nA even without light input.
