PDB-C614-1 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Tray. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 75V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 75V continuously. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 250nA even without light input.
