PDB-C615-2 Overview


Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to protect them from damage. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 75V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 75V. It's best to have the breakdown voltage at 50V to make sure the photodiodes work. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 350nA current.
