PDB-C616-2 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V if it is continuously reverse-biased. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 75V. A photodiode is capable of conducting 100nA current even without light input.
