PDB-C616-3 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 75V on a continuous basis. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 100nA current.
