The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. The photodiodes are put into Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages for safety protection. Continually operating in reverse-bias mode, a photodiode's maximum voltage is 75V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should not be exceeded by the photodiodes. Photodiodes exhibit 65nA current even in the absence of light input.
