The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 75V. A continuous voltage of 75V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. The photodiode operates at 65nA current even in the absence of light input.
