PDB-C618-2 Overview
To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 75V voltage. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. A photodiode is capable of conducting 30nA current even without light input.
