PDB-V104-I Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to protect them from damage. To ensure safety, photodiodes are put into TO-206AA, TO-18-3 Metal Can packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 75V in continuous reverse-bias mode. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 75V. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 150pA current.
