PDB-V104-L Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 75V. The photodiode operates at 150pA current even in the absence of light input.
