PDB-V105 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 200pA current.
