PDB-V108 Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 75V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 75V continuously. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 250pA.
