PDB-V109 Overview


In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 75V voltage. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 75V continuously. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 66pA electrical current.
