PDB-V112 Overview
It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Module packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 75V. There is 200nA current flowing through a photodiode even in the absence of light input.
