PDB-V113 Overview


Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 75V continuously. You need a breakdown voltage of 50V to make sure photodiodes work. A photodiode is capable of conducting 300pA current even without light input.
