PDB-V601-1 Overview
Designed to protect these photodiodes against damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Die packages for safety purposes. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 25V. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 25V continuously in reverse-bias mode. When operating photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -40°C. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 3nA current.
