PDB-V603-1 Overview
These photodiodes are packaged in the Tray to protect them from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 25V voltage per photodiode. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 25V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces a 5nA current.
