PDB-V604-2 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Chip with 30 Gauge PVC Wire packages in order to ensure their safety. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 75V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 12nA even without light input.
