PDB-V607-1 Overview
A Tray package protects these photodiodes from damage. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in Die packages. Continuously reverse-biasing photodiodes can withstand 25V voltage. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 25V. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 25nA current.
