PDB-V607-3 Overview
In order to protect the photodiodes against damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 25V over a continuous period of time. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 25V. It is possible for a photodiode to operate at 25nA current even if no light is provided.
